Description

We are seeking a motivated individual for a full-time Residential Secondary Market Representative position based in either Morrisville or Williston. This individual will be assisting the Secondary Market Officer with multiple tasks related to secondary market loans and will serve as the backup to the Secondary Market Officer in his absence. 

This candidate should be technologically adept, deliver outstanding customer service, and have a continuous desire to learn.

Requirements

  

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

1. Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or Finance preferred.

2. Minimum of 3 to 5 years banking experience with an emphasis in mortgage lending.

3. Ability to work with co-workers to resolve problems. 

4. Previous experience with Encompass LOS and Optimal Blue product & pricing engine.

5. Mathematical aptitude and attention to detail.

6. Responsible for keeping up to date with pertinent banking regulations and banking principles.

7. Software Utilized: Word, Excel, Outlook, Jack Henry Silverlake core processing software, Encompass LOS, Optimal Blue pricing engine, Synergy. 

Salary Description $20-$25/ Hr.
