Job Description Summary

This role offers a unique opportunity to drive the digital transformation of GE HealthCare’s Imaging business by shaping the cloud, AI, and platform capabilities that power next generation clinical and operational workflows. As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will define and deliver the product strategy for a unified cloud ecosystem that accelerates innovation across Imaging modalities. You will partner closely with Senior Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, STO AI/ML teams, and business stakeholders to build scalable platform services, enable cloud native development, and unlock the value of data and AI across the enterprise.

Job Description

Product Leadership

  • Partner with the Digital Product Leader and build the futuristic roadmap for cloud enablement, AI enablement, and innovative platform services that form the foundation of the Imaging Digital ecosystem.

  • Driver of innovation and future opportunities including Cloud & AI capabilities.

  • Prioritize and risk mitigate cloud + AI capabilities; then directly translate them into future business opportunities.

  • Act as the common integrator of Technology, Product vision, and Business outcomes.

  • Define the strategy for a common cloud ecosystem that unifies tooling, services, data pipelines, and AI infrastructure across Imaging that accelerates time-to-market.

  • Partner with the Principal Cloud Architect and drive the evolution from legacy systems to a modern, cloud‑native architecture that supports rapid innovation and global scale.

  • Lead the definition and delivery of innovative platform capabilities that support multi‑modal Imaging workflows, SaaS applications, and AI/ML model deployment, adhering to enterprise standards for scalability, reliability, security, and Performance.

  • Translate complex Business requirements into clear technical specifications that guide engineering and architecture teams.

  • Collaborate with STO’s AI/ML teams to define product capabilities that support model training, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management, including data governance, privacy, and regulatory compliance.

  • Build strong relationships with Imaging modality teams, clinical partners, and enterprise stakeholders to understand workflows, constraints, and transformation opportunities.

  • Guide customers through cloud and AI adoption, helping them integrate new capabilities with existing systems and processes.

Execution Excellence

  • Work closely with engineering, architecture, and program management to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery of platform features.

  • Define KPIs and success metrics for platform adoption, performance, and business impact.

  • Ensure all platform capabilities align with healthcare regulatory requirements and GE HealthCare security policies.

Leadership & Influence

  • Mentor junior product managers and influence cross‑functional teams through both direct and indirect leadership.

  • Build alignment across global teams, navigating organizational complexity to drive shared outcomes.

  • Encourage innovation, challenge conventional thinking, and help teams embrace change as part of the digital transformation journey.

  • Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, from engineers to senior executives.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field.

  • 10–12+ years of experience in technical product management, platform product ownership, cloud transformation, AI enablement, or related technical leadership roles.

  • Proven experience delivering cloud‑native, platform, or AI‑enabled products at enterprise scale.

  • Strong understanding of cloud architectures, platform services, data pipelines, and AI/ML workflows.

  • Strong knowledge in LLM, Model training, AI deployment and monitoring.

  • Strong knowledge in the Imaging domain, preferably multiple modalities.

Desired Characteristics

Technical Expertise

  • Ability to define technical strategies that align cloud and AI capabilities with business outcomes.

  • Experience building product roadmaps for platform services, cloud modernization, or digital transformation initiatives.

  • Strong understanding of cloud and AI cost models, operational considerations, and lifecycle management.
