As an Events Assistant, you will play a key role in assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate and client events. You will work closely with the events team to ensure seamless operations, from logistical support to client interaction. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event management while contributing to the success of Property Soar.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in organizing and coordinating events from start to finish, including venue selection, vendor management, and logistics.
• Support the event team in preparing materials, invitations, and other event-related documents.
• Manage guest lists and RSVP tracking to ensure accurate attendance.
• Provide on-site event support, ensuring everything runs smoothly during the event.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure event needs are met.
• Assist in maintaining event budgets and handling invoices.
