What You'll Do
As a Bilingual Phone Operator at AnswerHero, you’ll be the first voice our clients’ customers hear — and a vital part of their business experience. Your responsibilities include:
- Answering inbound calls promptly and professionally
- Communicating fluently and confidently in both English and Spanish
- Gathering accurate information and taking clear, concise messages
- Scheduling appointments and providing general client support
- Following client-specific call-handling instructions and protocols
- Ensuring each caller has a helpful, courteous, and efficient experience
Requirements
