The<br/>Localization Producer will report to a Localization Production Lead and closely collaborate<br/>with cross-functional peers across Marketing, Studios Marketing, and Amazon Studios<br/>Production and Mastering.<br/>They will manage assigned marketing campaign localization workflows, tracking delivery<br/>progress while overseeing the processing of required assets from internal teams and third-<br/>party production facilities through Amazon's contracted vendors for localization, mastering,<br/>and delivery — ensuring global release timetables are met. They will be responsible for:<br/>updating and maintaining schedules, keeping vendors and regional POCs up-to-date as<br/>creative materials are finalized, tracking localization progress, organizing assets for final<br/>delivery, troubleshooting rejections, and flagging issues to senior team members.<br/>The role will liaise between production and third-party localization vendors on work related to<br/>the translation/adaptation, casting, recording, and versioning of Prime Video marketing<br/>campaigns for global release — while supporting alignment across global vendors and<br/>internal teams (including Mastering, Strategy, Post, and Production). This position will also<br/>support the Localization Billing team in tracking expenditures for localization-related work.<br/>The ideal candidate should be comfortable with a heavily administrative day-to-day while<br/>also contributing to process improvements and workflow documentation.<br/><br/>Key job responsibilities<br/>Support the coordination between Studios Production, Marketing, and third-party<br/>localization vendors on workflows related to the translation/adaptation, casting,<br/>recording, and versioning of Prime Video marketing campaigns for global launch.<br/>Track campaign delivery progress and oversee the processing of assets from internal<br/>teams and third-party facilities through Amazon's contracted vendors for localization<br/>and delivery.<br/>Maintain and update project schedules, asset trackers, and delivery calendars —<br/>ensuring stakeholders have visibility into status and timelines.<br/>Manage day-to-day communication with vendors and regional contacts, escalating<br/>issues to senior team members as needed.<br/>Troubleshoot upstream or downstream rejections and coordinate with relevant<br/>stakeholders for resolution.<br/>Support budget tracking and cost reporting for localization-related work in partnership<br/>with the Localization Billing team.<br/>Contribute to process documentation and identify opportunities for workflow<br/>improvements.<br/>Ensure localized content meets quality standards by reviewing deliverables and<br/>flagging inconsistencies.<br/><br/>A day in the life<br/>Asset Management: Supporting the localization production process to ensure<br/>marketing materials (trailers, graphics, key art, TV spots) are accurate and culturally<br/>appropriate.<br/>Coordination with Internal Teams: Liaising with marketing and other localization<br/>teams to ensure alignment and smooth workflows.<br/>Partner Communication: Supporting relationships with vendors and partners to<br/>ensure localized assets are delivered on time.<br/>Budget Support: Assisting in tracking localization budgets.<br/>Quality Control: Reviewing localized content for accuracy and consistency,<br/>providing feedback to vendors.<br/>Reporting: Providing regular project status updates to leads and stakeholders.<br/>Troubleshooting: Identifying and escalating issues related to localization or delivery<br/>of conten<br/><br/>About the team<br/>The Central Marketing Localization (CML) team supports Prime Video's global growth by ensuring marketing materials are efficiently localized, brand-consistent, and delivered at scale across 37+ languages. Established in 2022, CML manages the localization of static and audiovisual assets across on-platform and off-platform channels. The team focuses on building scalable operations for global marketing needs, ensuring content discoverability through localized and brand-aligned materials, and streamlining workflows and vendor management.
