Job Title: Business Analyst (with Healthcare Provider - Clinical Domain experience)

 

Work Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid - Onsite)

 

Must Have:

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis with expertise in clinical domain
• Should have a strong background in Prior Authorization (Prior Auth) and Clinical Data Analysis using tools and techniques, such as SQL, Tableau, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, gathering requirements, and translating them into functional specifications
• Expertise in performing detailed analysis of clinical data related to Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) and other conditions.
• Experience in creating and documenting optimized business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for clinical systems and processes.
• Should have facilitated meetings and workshops with clinicians and IT teams to gather requirements and validate solutions.
• Well-versed with clinical data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive clinical decision-making and patient care.
• Should be able to collaborate with clinicians, IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of clinical solutions, including Prior Authorization (Prior Auth) systems.
• Well-versed with user acceptance testing (UAT) for clinical systems and supporting end-users during implementation.
• Excellent communication skills with a detail-oriented attitude
• Should possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in clinical context.

 

Nice to Have:

• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) and/or and/or Healthcare IT (e.g., CHDA) is a plus.
