Work you’ll do

As an experienced Solution Delivery Manager, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for end-to-end accounting and reporting services for diverse private fund clients—with particular expertise in private equity. You will operate in a dynamic, client-focused environment, fostering strong relationships with executive leadership both internally and at client organizations across complex and highly visible engagements.

  • Lead accounting and reporting services for private equity and other private funds, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
  • Oversee and mentor a skilled team, fostering growth, development, and a collaborative culture.
  • Serve as primary liaison to executive leadership, managing high-visibility engagements and communicating directly with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Review and finalize financial statements, GAAP adjustments, fund NAVs, fee calculations, and variance analyses.
  • Manage onboarding of new funds and acquisitions, supporting seamless integration and service delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, auditors, and other stakeholders.
  • Drive process improvements and identify opportunities for automation and technology enhancements.
  • Ensure service level agreements are met, proactively resolving issues and delivering against deadlines.
  • Oversee training, coaching, and competency development for team members.
  • Monitor industry trends and advance best practices in private equity accounting and reporting.

The team

Our Finance Operate offering provides ongoing operation of the Finance function as an extension of the Finance Transformation Advise and Implement offering portfolio.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accounting
  • 8+ years of relevant experience with GAAP / statutory reporting / fair value reporting in the alternative investments industry (private equity, hedge fund, REIT structures, real estate funds)
  • Prior experience leading teams and directly managing people
  • Proficiency in MS office including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Word
  • Experience working with various software applications such as Yardi, ARC, Geneva, Investran, or similar
  • Ability to travel up to 15%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Active CPA License
  • Audit experience in the alternative investments industry is a plus
  • Independent thinker and resourceful problem solver with an ability to exercise mature judgment
  • Takes ownership and drives toward a successful outcome
  • Can see the big picture and naturally looks for what other client problems the team can solve
  • Ability to work independently and in teams to manage multiple task assignments
  • Strong oral and written communication skills; including presentation, interpersonal communication, and facilitation skills
  • Brings a genuine approach to day-to-day dealings that includes the highest ethical standard
  • Acting as a leader in a team environment
  • Ability to manage multiple partners including internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience of working with teams across multiple geographies
