The position

We – Business Solutions & SFE Team part of the CX Excellence department - are looking for a talented “Data Analytics Manager” joining our team of professionals to take care of different data solutions, dashboards, to support our CX Evolution program, and users. This will include different spheres and responsibilities, among the main ones: Dashboard development, ETL activities & analytics engineering, Data Governance, and end-user training.

As Data Analytics Manager you will support the establishment of our systems in the hearts and souls of our end users, enabling them to drive bespoke and tailored customer engagements creating the best possible customer experience.

 

Roles & Responsibilities

- Act as a key developer and product owner contributing to the development and maintenance of our reporting landscape in Power BI 

- Support the blueprint of the data mesh target architecture of our cloud landscape in collaboration with our European and local IT team

- Support the business customers with their commercial requirements by translating it into technical business intelligence solutions 

- Analytics engineering in the reporting backend of our commercial cloud data warehouse based on Snowflake

- Develop & optimize business intelligence reports & datasets mainly in Power BI focusing on functionality, storytelling, and user experience

- Provide trainings and seminars to our commercial customers on our BI and data landscape

- Assume responsibility for coordinating, implementing and testing new business requirements and specific functionalities and manage user acceptance tests

- Provide support to our commercial customers on our analytics solutions

- Act as a data steward in our Data Governance framework, supported by Collibra

- Manage and storage of all relevant customer information, support of the advanced analytics team through harmonized, high quality customer data and to collect and allow analysis of customer feedback.

Professional experience & Education

- At least 5 years of experience in the role

- A previous experience in the Pharma sector can be a plus

- Very good command of English language to play the role of “Single Person of Contact” toward our Head Quarter.

 

 

Requirements

- Strong experience working with databases and data warehouses (SQL knowledge)

- Experience with Cloud Data Platforms  (e.g. Snowflake, SQL Server or Oracle Database)

- Preferred experience with DBT. Knowledge of other ETL Platforms (e.g. Azure Data Factory or SolarWinds Task Factory) will be considered a plus

- Very experienced with data visualization tools such as Power BI and/or Qlik

- Conceptual knowledge of data and analytics, such as dimensional modeling, data governance, data warehousing, structured and unstructured data

- Experience with one additional programming language such as R, Python or C++ would be beneficial

- Commercial mindset and motivation to acquire a certain level of business understanding

- Passionate about agile ways of working, data driven development, reliability and cross-functional working environments 

- Strong Project Management approach

- Attitude to further investigate data; understand
