The Customer Service Analyst is the focal point between customers and internal company functions regarding such matters as pricing, scheduling, contract requirements, shipping, and documentation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing and administering orders, preparing general correspondence, and coordinating customer service needs while being a contributor to a dynamic team environment, being proactive and results oriented, and possessing communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 

 

What You Will Do 

  • Management of Repair Purchase Orders from a diverse range of Commercial and/or Military Airline customers 

  • Focus on external and internal customer support 

  • Action daily queue management such as inductions, quoting, turn-time mitigations, customer status reports, assist with on time delivery metrics and objectives, etc. 

  • Participate, engage, and support customer meetings – virtually and/or in-person 

  • Build and maintain customer trust and relations 

  • Our team is dynamic and fast-paced. The ability to adapt to our constantly evolving environment and priorities is essential. 

  • This role will provide numerous opportunities that will help build your aerospace and customer relations experience with both commercial and military platforms  

  • Previous account specialists have progressed to various roles within Collins Aerospace, such as production control, operations team leaders, program management, supply chain, etc.   

 

Qualifications You Must Have 

  • Typically requires a University Degree and less than 2 years prior relevant experience 

 

Qualifications We Prefer 

  • Previous experience in customer service role, with a proven ability to handle inquiries efficiently and professionally. 

  • Proficiency with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. 

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
