The Position

The Opportunity
- Contribute to an effective credit management strategy to reduce Company (Roche) exposure risk to doubtful accounts
- Support the day-to-day activities according to the agreed service level and in compliance with the SOPs of the respective business sub-process
- Contribute to an effective collection strategy to obtain the payment from third party customers for all outstanding invoices before they become overdue
- Collaborate to the targeted DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and to reduce the volume of overdue invoices
Responsibilities
Support the team by performing partial or complete, stringent and timely back-office tasks including but not limited to:
- Calculate Customer Credit Limit, update Customer Credit Parameters and prepare Customer Assessment based on the Credit Management Policy
- Determine and Manage Customer Credit Profile Data including worthiness’ score/risk class / group, etc.; instruct Master Data team to update profile
- Manage blocked Sales Orders as defined by the Local Credit Management Policy
- Apply the defined Collection strategy based on customer group, region and/or company situation
- Prepare and analyze Customer Open items report

Ongoing university studies in the field of Economics
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Available for 20-30 hours per week
Customer focused attitude
Proactive mindset
Proficiency in English, Greek is an advantage
