Merchant Experience Product Associate - Chase Media Solutions

As a Merchant Experience Product Associate within Chase Media Solutions, you will manage a backlog of enhancements to deliver incremental value to our clients and cardholders. To deliver on this roadmap, you’ll partner closely with your product quad, including other product managers, design, data and tech teams, as well as business stakeholders.
Job responsibilities- Be an advocate for Agile Principles
- Translate product objectives and key results into product backlog
- Actively participate in and provide leadership for all agile ceremonies
- Prioritize the backlog to ensure the most valuable increments of work are shipped first.
- Manage sprints to remove roadblocks and ensure the team can meet their sprint goals
- Collaborate closely with product designers, engineers, and data analysts to discover effective solutions
- Partner with the Product Quad to deliver new product solutions to market
- Be Accountable to the key results, including ensuring the relevant data is captured for measurement
- Use data to make informed decisions about your roadmap, prioritization of efforts, and key decisions in your backlog
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years of experience in product development, technology, or consulting with exposure to rigorous and large-scale program and product management
- Experience working in a highly matrixed organization and managing multiple stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present facts, thoughts, and ideas in a clear, concise, and convincing manner to senior stakeholders and partners
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and leverage that analysis to make data driven product decisions
- Proven background in partnering with technology partners to translate product requirements into technology sizing estimates and requirements
- Experience in successfully prioritizing new features, while balancing the needs of a cross-functional stakeholder group
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Experience with technical products / demonstrated ability to understand complex tech stacks at a high-level
- Experience in offers campaigns or Business to Business (B2B) spaces
- Experience in highly regulated industries
