About the Role:
We are currently seeking a People Operations Intern to join our dynamic People team! This internship offers a unique opportunity to delve into various HR functions, policies, and procedure enabling you to actively contribute to the overall achievements of both the People department and the organization. Collaborating closely with our experienced HR professionals, you will gain valuable insights into recruitment, colleague relations, onboarding, training, and other key initiatives.
This position is based out of Click’s headquarters located in Tribeca, NYC, at the center of one of the fastest-growing digital health communities. This is a hybrid internship in which you will come to the office Wednesdays and Fridays.
Responsibilities:
- Create documentation around policies, on-boarding, off-boarding, and performance management.
- Assist with recruitment by crafting job descriptions, sourcing candidate pipeline and selection, and interview coordination.
- Support, research and participate in recruiting and branding events and activities such as career fairs.
- Assist and research in DEI initiatives to help inform strategies.
- Assist with colleague engagement activities, including support Click’s Summer Bash.
- Support additional special projects on an Ad-hoc basis.
Qualifications:
- Rising Sophomore or Junior currently pursuing an undergraduate degree.
- Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Demonstrate professional work ethic.
- Google or Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication, or Psychology.
Compensation: $22/hr
Hours and Duration:
This is a part-time, 30 hours/week position. The internship will have a duration of 10 weeks, from May 20th - August 1st, 2025.
