Expert Finance Accounting (m/f/d) for Vantage Towers

Your contribution: 

• You oversee the correct and accurate booking of all transactions to the appropriate accounts and cost centers

• You conduct IFRS 16-compliant ground lease reviews and ensure correct booking of site-related rental costs

• You manage the application and administration of bank guarantees for tower sites

• You handle intercompany billing between Vantage Towers and Vodafone

• You monitor transactions booked by the Shared Service Center (SSC) and perform internal controls, including documentation

• You participate in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• You contribute to special projects involving the implementation of relevant system and financial processes

 

What makes you stand out:

• A university degree

• At least three years of professional experience in accounting or finance, with a focus on audit and accounting

• Proven experience in the real estate sector, including knowledge of IFRS 16

• Strong business acumen with the ability to holistically evaluate projects, considering both commercial and technical aspects

• Experience with monthly balance sheet reconciliation

• Fluency in writing and talking in the German and English language
