  • Communicate professionally and constructively with employees at all levels and external parties.

  • Attend business meetings as needed to understand area priorities and anticipate needs.

  • Create and maintain documents, distribution lists, spreadsheets, databases, and SharePoint sites using Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

  • Continuously identify and pilot innovative techniques — including AI-powered tools, automation, and emerging digital solutions — to streamline workflows, improve productivity, and shape the future of administrative work across the team.

  • Serve as backup for other executive assistants and act as a team lead for administrative assistants in the PRD area.

  • Handle special projects as assigned.

Basic Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED and a minimum five years of experience in a professional or administrative, support or coordinator role.

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and SharePoint.

  • Track record of supporting senior leaders, leading projects, and tracking actions through to completion.

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information.

  • Flexibility to be available outside of standard hours (evenings, weekends, holidays) via phone, email, or voicemail as needed.

Additional Preferences
