The North America organization includes three offices (in New Jersey and California) that focus on drug discovery, product development, and commercialization. We are currently seeking an Undergraduate Intern to join our team. As a rising junior or rising senior, you will work closely with the Clinical Operations department in the areas of Systems and Processes. This role is a paid, hybrid role with some in-office time preferred.
Responsibilities:
• Working closely with the Clinical Operations team on assigned tasks
• Intern would be directed, managed and accountable to Subject Matter Experts within the Clinical Operations Team
• Intern would be required to develop a decent level of knowledge and understanding of GCP
Other Responsibilities:
• Review of electronic Trial Master Files
• Collate documents related to SOP’s and training
• Provide overviews of monitoring reports, audits, Corrective Action Plans
• Support contracts and budget tracking processes
• Preparation of department minutes
• Assistance to Team Members for presentation preparation
Requirements:
• This position requires candidates to be a rising junior or rising senior in college/university pursuing a career in Clinical Research/Pharmaceutical development working towards their Life Sciences degree
• Candidates are required to live within a commutable distance of Princeton, NJ.
• Interns are required to be able to work from May 28th - August 9th
• This position requires a minimum GPA of 3.0
• The ability to work a hybrid schedule is required
• Prior internship or co-op experience is preferred
• Major in a target area related to this role is required
