Software engineers at Knight-Swift develop solutions that transform how our teams manage freight across North America. In this role, you’ll help surface real-time data through scalable APIs and web applications. We’re looking for creative engineers who thrive in a collaborative environment and bring ideas to life through clean, maintainable code. You’ll be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining software solutions that drive key business outcomes. The position is located in Phoenix, AZ with the option of a hybrid work schedule.

About the Team

You’ll join the KNX Pricing Products team — a group focused on building tools that power strategic pricing decisions across our logistics network. From streamlining RFP workflows to delivering real-time rate quotes, the team builds software that enables efficient, intelligent pricing at scale. Expect to work with complex business logic, collaborate with product managers, and help shape systems used across the organization in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Minimum Qualifications

4+ years of experience in software development using one or more programming languages
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field

Preferred Qualifications

Experience building web applications in a distributed environment

Salary Range: $82,000 - $117,000 Annual, depending on experience.
