Position Summary
Support Ford tax professionals and service-provider firm personnel at client location performing various sales and use tax functions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Retrieve source documentation from clients’ systems
- Assists client with review of documents relating to sales/use taxes including invoices, purchase orders, sales/use tax returns and supporting details, etc.
- Assists client with gathering tax exemption document
- Assists client with researching sales/use tax questions and issues
- Assists client with sales/use tax refund requests to be submitted to states and/or vendors
Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Perform other duties as assigned
Education and Qualifications
- Student with major in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
