What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a talented and creative Esports Post Production Supervisor to oversee the production of esports and gaming-related video content across all of Cloud9 media channels. The Esports Post Production Supervisor must have experience in editing or production and excel in the usage of video editing software, including sufficient experience with of Adobe - Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects to train in- house and freelance video editors.

What You’ll Do:

• Esports Post Production Supervisor oversees the production of esports and gaming-related video content across all of Cloud9 media channels
• Utilizes experience with esports video production to supervise and assign duties to workers engaged in production of Cloud9 video content
• Responsible for training in-house and freelance video editors in use of Cloud9’s video editing systems
• Collaborates with Cloud9’s marketing team to produce sponsorship promotions
  
• Works directly with the Cloud9 leadership to formulate and maintain high-quality and attainable technical policies for programs
• Monitors and approves video content to ensure the programs conform with Cloud9 standards
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 12 months’ prior experience in video production
• Experience must be with in-game capture for League of Legends, CS:GO, or Fortnite

• The wage range for this role incorporates the multiple factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current salary is $61,173.
• You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance
