Academic Records Associate

Compensation Range:

$19.19 - $30.04

Position Summary:

Responsible for evaluating transfer coursework and test scores, processing course substitutions, and working with Academic Advisors to evaluate unofficial transcripts.

Job Duties:

• Evaluates official and unofficial transfer coursework including transcripts, test scores, and professional training.
• Assists campus advisors with preliminary transcript evaluations, when necessary.
• Maintains up-to-date understanding of articulation policies, procedures, and state mandates.
• Maintains current and organized student records.
• Attends seminars and workshops.
• Processes course substitution waivers.
• Communicates with students, staff and other individuals on all matters related to transfer credit approvals, course substitution waivers, etc.

• Performs other similar and related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and two years of prior related experience.
