We are seeking an experienced leader to join our global team as the US Regional PMO Leader. Our E-commerce Governance and Experience team is dedicated to ensuring the safety, trustworthiness, and quality of our marketplace for users, sellers, and creators worldwide. As the US Regional PMO Leader, you will play a crucial role in managing key projects, fostering collaboration across functions, and maintaining high standards of organizational efficiency and transparency.



What we are looking

- Lead and oversee key projects within the US region, working with senior leadership and ensuring their successful implementation and delivery.

- Drive communication and collaboration across different functions within our global E-commerce team, gathering cross-team requirements, and developing efficient collaboration processes.

- Lead and mentor a team of program managers, providing guidance, cultivating talent, and designing career development opportunities to enhance team performance and professional growth

- Chair key meetings and produce comprehensive reports to uphold external quality standards and ensure transparent internal communication and understanding.
