Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Guest Room Attendant to oversee our room attendant team and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction through maintaining superior cleanliness standards.

• Provide professional leadership and mentorship to the Guest Room Attendant team
• Manage and coordinate daily room assignments while ensuring optimal efficiency in operations
• Conduct thorough room inspections to maintain compliance with established quality standards
• Deliver necessary support and guidance to team members to ensure operational excellence
• Demonstrate and maintain exemplary cleanliness standards through personal performance
• Ensure guest satisfaction through meticulous attention to room presentation and detail
• Implement and uphold company standards and protocols while maintaining team productivity
• Coordinate multiple responsibilities while ensuring efficient workflow management

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 6 months experience in housekeeping or related field preferred
• Demonstrated excellence in customer service and interpersonal communication

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to remain standing and mobile throughout shift duration
• Capability to maneuver supply cart weighing up to 200 pounds
• Physical capacity to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
• Flexibility to perform bending, stretching, and reaching motions
• Proficiency in performing cleaning tasks including scrubbing, sweeping, vacuuming, and dusting

Additional Requirements:

• Working knowledge of proper cleaning chemical handling and safety protocols
• Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude in guest interactions
