Overall Purpose
Enable strategic direction by implementing PMO policies, procedures and processes to ensure effective project execution in alignment with achieving company initiatives. Additionally, responsible for the daily leadership of the PMO team.
Essential Functions
Leading high performance team: Provides effective leadership and develops and manages a highly engaged, high performance team ensures effective delivery of project/program outcomes in terms of cost, schedule, budget and quality.
Service Excellence: Provides executive governance and communications to ensure effective resource utilization and prioritization. On-going monitoring and evaluation of processes and methodologies ensuring effective execution of projects.
Operational Effectiveness: Monitors project execution performance compared to target, taking corrective where necessary.
Strategic Partner: Manages executive communication and escalations across the organization related to the execution of programs.
Change management champion: Drives and reinforces change within the team to better align the culture so that it is focused on repeatable, consistent execution of projects.
Financial stewardship: Monitors and ensures integrity of the business case financials to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
Support the company's commitment to risk management and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.
Minimum Qualifications
Education and experience typically obtained through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Project Management and/or Computer Science or related field.
15 or more years of related experience.
Proven leadership experience in managing large teams on enterprise wide initiatives.
Demonstrated people leadership in business and technical environments.
Demonstrated P&L experience from both a department and project level.
Excellent oral, written, and inter-personal skills, as well as strong analytical skills.
Proven experience presenting and influencing at the C-Suite level.
Conflict resolution and negotiation experience.
Background and drug screen
Preferred Qualifications
Financial services or financial technology environment experience
Agile or Waterfall methodologies experience
Knowledge of all aspects of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology
Outsourcing experience.

Physical Requirements
Working conditions consist of a normal office environment. Work is primarily sedentary and requires extensive use of a computer and involves sitting for periods of approximately four hours. Work may require occasional standing, walking, kneeling and reaching. Must be able to lift 10 pounds occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently. Requires visual acuity and dexterity to view, prepare, and manipulate documents and office equipment including personal computers. Requires the ability to communicate with internal and/or external customers.

The pay scale for this position in:
Phoenix, AZ/Chicago, IL in USD per year is: $200,000 - $230,000.
New York, NY/San Francisco, CA in USD per year is: $230,000 - $260,000.
