About the role

As a Technical Product Manager, Broad Arrow Live Auctions, you will spearhead the roadmap and development of Broad Arrow Group’s solutions Live auction capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of the collector car business alongside demonstrated expertise in product management and software development methodologies. This individual will be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of our products, ensuring they meet evolving client needs while maintaining our competitive advantage in the market.

What you’ll do 

  • Roadmap Development: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing scope and delivery plans, while integrating market trends, customer feedback, and business objectives. 
     
  • Product Strategy: Devise and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's vision and goals, identifying growth opportunities and avenues for differentiation. 
     
  • Feature Prioritization: Define developer-ready requirements and prioritize product enhancements based on ROI, customer impact, and technical feasibility. 
     
  • Backlog Grooming: Maintain a well-groomed product backlog, ensuring clarity, completeness, and readiness for development sprints. 
     
  • Quality Assurance: Uphold rigorous quality standards throughout the product development lifecycle, overseeing testing procedures and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable software solutions. 
     
  • Product Training: Develop comprehensive training materials and resources to enable internal teams and clients to effectively utilize our products, fostering adoption and maximizing value. 
     
  • Customer Adoption: Drive customer adoption initiatives based on analytic methods, working closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to understand and promote product awareness, usage, and satisfaction. 
     
  • User Experience (UX) Design: Advocate for user-centric design principles, ensuring our products deliver intuitive user experiences optimized for engagement and ease of use. 
     
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough competitive analysis and market research to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for innovation. 
     
  • Performance Tracking: Define key metrics and KPIs to measure product performance, conducting regular analysis to assess effectiveness and inform decision-making. 
     
  • Technical Leadership: Serve as a subject matter expert on our product offerings, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders as needed. 


 

This might describe you 

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly with a focus on CRM and business operations and automation. 
     
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex software products from concept to launch, with a strong emphasis on user experience and market fit. 
     
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. 
     
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. 
     
  • Experience working in an agile development environment, with a solid understanding of software development methodologies and processes. 

Over and above  

  • Deep understanding of automotive auctions and the broader automotive market. 

  • Experience with building CRM and business automation capabilities in Microsoft Dynamics.  

  • Experience with Azure DevOps and Agile software delivery practices desirable 

Other things to note

This position can be worked as remote position within the United States.

Familiarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes Oxley and key regulations, if applicable. For SOX compliant roles, responsible for designing, executing, and documenting internal controls where they have been identified as owners to prevent errors in financial reporting, processes, and business operations. Including attestation to the completeness, accuracy, and compliance of all financial reporting data, where applicable.
