Sales BDC Position

Description

We’re seeking motivated, reliable individuals to join our Sales BDC Department. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values punctuality and dependability, and enjoys providing excellent customer service while supporting the sales team. Position Details:

• Wages:   Hourly pay plus weekly commissions and performance-based bonuses monthly.  
• Schedule: Monday to Saturday, with one day off during the week. Sundays are off.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to internet leads, phone inquiries, and customer emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Schedule sales appointments and follow up with potential customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Make outbound calls to leads generated through marketing efforts.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and excellent customer service.
• Assist with creating and sending follow-up messages to keep customers engaged.

• Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of inquiries.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential for success in this role.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
• Previous experience in a call center, sales support, or similar role is preferred.
