About the role

Who We Are

In an increasingly complex world where people are starving for someone they can trust, we stand for something simple: always put the client first. We do well by doing good for those we serve. It’s the ultimate measure. We believe in providing value beyond a doubt and in the notion that time will either expose you or promote you, based on your willingness to embrace change.

We serve financial advisors and investors through three entities, each headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska: Carson Wealth, Carson Coaching and Carson Partners. We provide coaching and partnership services to advisor firms – and straightforward financial advice to the investing public. We all share a common mission to be the most trusted in financial advice.

Who We Want

The Regional Sales Manager is a proactive, process-driven leader within Client Acquisition, accountable for managing a team of consultants to achieve sales targets. This role will report to the Director of Client Acquisition, lead members of the Sales team, and work closely with advisors in the field. This is a leadership role within the consumer sales organization, and therefore will be data-driven and have a results-focused mindset coupled with the curiosity and desire to both measure performance and leverage data to demonstrate improvement. The Regional Sales Manager supports their direct reports through organizing schedules, implementing process improvements, directing communications, preparing reports, and managing stakeholder performance and engagement. This role also serves the broader sales organization and Client Acquisition program by representing the voice of the client/prospect in key technical initiatives, marketing campaigns, and broader business discussions, proactively identifying areas of opportunity and working collaboratively with peers and leaders throughout the organization to develop solutions. This is a key role on a quickly maturing team that may require the manager to effectively prioritize, and accurately synthesize the need to perform a variety of different functions and services on any given day.

  • Conduct Advisor meetings with focus on improving sales, lead show rates, and ultimately advisor satisfaction
  • Facilitating and conducting S65 study plans and development plans for stakeholders
  • Understanding program processes that impact the sales organization, working to refine and improve their team's usage and adherence to process and proactively recommending adjustments and solutions to challenges encountered along the way
