Senior Associate: Communications, Prioritization and Reporting Risk Specialist | Retail Bank (Hybrid)

The mission of the Retail Risk Office is to help enable Retail Bank to deliver innovative products and services to our customers in a well-managed way.
As a Risk Specialist on the Communications, Prioritization and Reporting Team, you will be part of a highly motivated team responsible for delivering top-notch support to our Retail Risk Office associates.
You will have the opportunity to:
Work with multiple horizontal support teams to identify upstream and downstream dependencies in our efforts to be well-managed
Engage with Pod Leads to help maintain and refine team backlogs in an organized manner, to ensure we are properly prioritizing our work based on team capacity
Use your vantage point to connect the dots of the changing strategic and operational priorities and partner with leadership to understand the impacts
Develop and implement a prioritization framework that takes into account factors such as business value, deadlines, resources and dependencies
Leverage productivity tools (Jira, MPG Hub, Reporting, etc.) to influence improvement and/or enhancement opportunities
Work autonomously and consistently deliver results in an efficient and timely manner

Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 2 years of Operations or Risk Management experience
At least 1 year of experience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.
At least 1 year of experience with Excel and Google Suite such as Slides, Sheets, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
At least 2 Years Project Management experience
PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
New York City (Hybrid On-Site): $99,500 - $113,600 for Sr. Risk AssociateCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
