EKAL Kiosk Attendant/Salesperson

Mill Falls Resort Collection is seeking Motivated individuals to help promote and sell our EKAL Activities Center Boat rentals and Charters. Earn Commission on every sale you make, while giving visitors the Best experience in the lake region, on the Lake!

 

Primary Schedule: Thursday-Sunday. 

 

Our EKAL Activity Center is the hub for all things fun for lake activities. Our team is here to assist guests’ needs and requests in an efficient, friendly, courteous, and professional manner. We strive to bring memorable outdoor experiences that exceed guest expectations, with comfort and safety as our top priorities.

 

If you are an outdoor/indoor enthusiast and would love to hang out on Lake Winnipesaukee for the summer, this is the job you are looking for!!!

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Open and close EKAL Activity Center
• Answer and handle phone calls with courtesy and politeness
• Book activity reservations in person or by telephone
• Solid knowledge of Fare Harbor computer booking system
• Check in and check out procedures
• Knowledge of Mill Falls Inns, Meredith area, Lakes Region attractions, Meredith Bay, wilderness trails and bike paths
• Manage requests for boat cruises, equipment rentals & tours
• Assist customers on and off boats from the dock
• Assist customers on and off kayaks, paddleboards, aqua-cycles, and canoes from ramp
• Provide customers with proper life vests for all rentals and tours
• Dock hand for boat cruises
• Handle cash and balance register
• Professional communication with customers, front desk, other departments
• Attend EKAL Activity Center trainings

Qualifications

Earn $10/hour 10% Plus Commission on every sale you make!
