Senior Amicable Collection Officer

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking to fill a consultancy position for a Senior Amicable Collection Officer at a client site. The successful candidate will work on-site as a Keystone Solutions consultant, engaging in a variety of operations tasks focused on amicable collection processes.

Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Amicable Collection Officer will be responsible for:

• Recovering unpaid installments to avoid customer transfer to litigation.
• Ensuring day-to-day outgoing and incoming contacts with customers in arrears.
• Analyzing files to ensure proper treatment and negotiation with clients in arrears.

Language Requirements:

The candidate must possess strong written and spoken communication skills in Dutch and French, alongside profound knowledge of English.

Education:

A Bachelor or Master degree is required for this position.

Experience and Skills:

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Good expertise in MS Office and familiarity with various IT tools.
• A strong interest in finance and banking products.
• Soft skills including strong communication, customer orientation, independence, stress resistance, problem-solving skills, and a team spirit.
