Sales Training Expert Automotive for the Polish market (freelance basis)

Your role:

• Execution of sales trainings in class and online for a premium automotive brand
• Development and adaption of training concepts

Your qualifications:

• Well-developed training skills and practical experience in conducting coachings and trainings in the automotive sector
• Skills in dialog reception and customer care
• Knowledge of sales process organization, sales marketing, sales techniques and sales KPIs
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and in writing), persuasive power, assertiveness and ability to challenge processes and facts
• Good English skills (B2) besides your mother tongue (Polish)
• Excellent presentation skills to address small to large audiences considering didactical, methodical and training strategic basics
