Description
We are seeking motivated Case Manager Assistants to join our growing team! Ideal candidates should have strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a detail-oriented approach to their work.As a Case Manager Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to the Case Manager in the development of personal injury cases. Working closely with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other legal professionals to coordinate all aspects of the case, ensuring our clients receive the maximum settlement outcomes they deserve.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Case Managers to gather relevant documentation, such as medical records, police reports, and witness statements.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating communication between client, Case Manager, and Attorneys.
- Assist with the preparation of medical payment demands and settlement demands.
- Provide consistent updates of case status and progress, ensuring all tasks and deadlines are tracked effectively.
- Provide administrative assistance to Case Managers, such as drafting client letters, legal documents, as well as managing case files.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, and handle a high volume of administrative tasks.
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and handle time-sensitive tasks.
- High School diploma or equivalent is required. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required and experience with Case Management software is a plus.
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
- Personal injury experience is strongly preferred, but not required.
