POSITION OVERVIEW

DEFTEC Corporation is seeking a Program Manager who shall provide Management and Oversight of Administrative Support, Executive Correspondence Analysis Support, and Paralegal Support requirements including staffing and personnel supervision.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure that deliverables are submitted accurately and timely.
• shall provide administrative support to CISA Offices and Division executives.
• shall assist with managing executive correspondence processes and editing, formatting, and coordinating content for written materials for CISA program offices and senior leaders in compliance with DHS and CISA policies and procedural requirements.
• Shall work closely with and communicate routinely with executive secretariat team members, subject matter experts, and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing, to ensure internal and external executive correspondence documents are developed and managed in a timely, accurate, and appropriate manner.
• Shall provide paralegal support services to CISA OCC attorneys and legal support staff with duties that include managing cases, litigation, legal correspondence and review, record keeping, law library management, and legal administrative support.
• Shall use discretion and professional judgment to refer matters or questions requiring actions to the appropriate office or government employee

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required Qualifications:

• An active PMI Project Management Professional (PMP®) or PMI Program Management Professional (PMP®) Certification at the time of proposal submission.
• Demonstrated experience with the management, manpower utilization, and supervision of employees (including subcontractors) of various labor categories and skills in projects similar to the requirements of the statement of work.
• Demonstrated experience in a quality assurance environment for requirements like those in this statement of work.
• Demonstrated experience in government acquisitions and contracts.
• Demonstrated experience in SharePoint.
• Demonstrated experience in development of training techniques.
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, including experience in presenting material to senior Government official.
• Minimum 7 years' experience. Minimum of 3 years' demonstrated experience:
  • Developing schedules and formulating work plans;
  • Creating long and short-term plans and milestones;
  • Performing project quality control; o Managing teams of 20+ personnel; and
  • Supporting CISA and knowledge of various mission areas of CISA Divisions and Mission Enabling Offices (MEO)
