<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>
<p>As part of our growth, we’re investing in our People & Culture team. We’re looking for a Senior Total Rewards Analyst to join us in Amsterdam. This is a new role where you’ll help us build our global job architecture, reward philosophy, and frameworks.</p>
<p>You’ll work directly with our Director People Operations & Reward, acting as their right hand. Together, you’ll design a transparent and future-proof reward structure while also running the day-to-day reward agenda that supports attraction, retention, and engagement in a fast-growing, international environment.</p>
<p>You’ll join our small but growing reward team. This role will help put the Total Reward function firmly on the map, expanding our capabilities and driving innovation to make our programs scalable and impactful.</p>
<p><strong>What you’ll do here:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Co-design and implement a global job architecture (levels, job families, career streams).</li>
<li>Support the development and rollout of a global reward framework that is competitive, fair, and scalable.</li>
<li>Own and drive annual reward processes such as performance & pay reviews, promotions, and incentive cycles.</li>
<li>Manage compensation & benefits policies and practices across regions, ensuring compliance and alignment with market trends.</li>
<li>Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to inform decision-making.</li>
<li>Partner with external consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent and robust job levelling and calibration.</li>
<li>Translate our reward philosophy into practical tools and guidelines for leaders and employees.</li>
<li>Use data analytics to provide insights on pay equity, workforce trends, and employee engagement.</li>
<li>Lead projects on automation and innovation (including AI) to make reward processes smarter, faster, and more efficient.</li>
<li>Build governance processes and toolkits to maintain and evolve reward programs.</li>
<li>Act as a sparring partner for the Director People Operations & Reward, contributing to both strategic projects and execution.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>7+ years of experience in Reward/Compensation & Benefits, ideally in an international or matrix organization.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of job evaluation methodologies (e.g., Mercer IPE, Comptryx, or similar).</li>
<li>Experience with annual compensation cycles, benefits programs, and reward policies.</li>
