Job Title: Sr Manager, Analytic Education and Client User Engagement
Location: Remote, USA
Exiger Government Services is seeking a professional to build and lead our Education, Analyst Career Development and Client User Engagement Team in our National Security and Intelligence area. The role, reporting directly to the Head of EGS Delivery, will be responsible for three program functions:
1) Analytics Analyst Career Development Program
2) Client Engagement Program,
3) Education and Training Delivery Program.
The position will focus on bringing Exiger’s best-in-class technology, process, and expertise to Exiger’s public and private sector clients. Exiger works closely with agencies of the U.S. Government on national security and intelligence matters; the focal area is primarily supply chain risk management (SCRM), to include counterintelligence, in-bound foreign investment analysis, and key personnel vetting, among other related subjects. Exiger is also increasingly working with private-sector companies on SCRM, especially those supporting the U.S. Government.
The candidate will assess the current training program and career development program needs, build a plan to improve existing processes and materials, establish metrics for measuring progress and success, and be responsible for executing the plan. This role will encompass the comprehensive education and training program for EGS Analysts, general Exiger Staff and Exiger clients to include content and delivery. As part of the Client Engagement Program, the candidate will be responsible for designing and building a program to drive user engagement with our technology and analytics platforms. This will include delivery of client training. Therefore, the candidate will need to be familiar with and understand Exiger’s products and processes.
The ideal candidate will have experience with intelligence/diligence analysis and training, combined with a passion for collaborative problem solving. They should be skilled quickly learning to use analytic tools, and should be a hands-on contributor willing to work with clients to drive their use of Exiger’s technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage education and training content for Exiger analysts and EGS client technology users
- Manage delivery of training for Exiger analysts and Exiger clients on wide range of matters covering the span of EGS products and services
- Leverage skills and experience to support the development of proposals and marketing propositions that involve training
- Contribute to the firm’s talent agenda and help to create a more inclusive culture
- Oversee and assist in the implementation of the training curriculum and standards to meet client requirements across all Exiger product offerings
- Provide appropriate training in analysis and research methodology and products to ensure EGS Teams have the tools and skills they need to deliver increasingly complex work
- Deliver critical and time sensitive feedback to new team members
- Establish, gather, analyze, and report on quantitative and qualitative KPIs and performance after each training module individually and training courses in aggregate
- Serve as a point-of-contact for both new and existing analysts regarding Exiger processes and best practices
- Work with appropriate Account Team and Delivery Team stakeholders to identify critical training needs and evolve the training as dictated by product evolution and market demand, leveraging internal and external resources
- Evaluate the program continuously to identify and implement improvements and enhancements based on the quality management program, market demands, client requirements, and customer voice provided by the Account Teams
- Be proficient in the nuances of intelligence research and analysis
- Contribute to all other business activities as needed such as supporting the delivery of products and services to clients
Professional Experience Required
- Education to degree level or equivalent experience, ideally acquired in a technical or quantitative discipline
- Experience delivering user training
- Experience creating a training curriculum
- Experience managing client engagement
- Experience drafting/editing intelligence or diligence products
- A desire to understand business problems and to evaluate the results of work in a business context
- Communication skills that can adapt to technical and non-technical audiences
- This role will require leading and coordinating training sessions – the candidate must have experience and be comfortable with public speaking and have exemplary interpersonal communication skills
- The availability and willingness to travel based on client needs
