The General Management Graduate Leadership Development Program (GM GLDP) is an accelerated opportunity to develop the vital competencies and experiences needed for a career as a General Manager.
As a global company with opportunities spanning multiple businesses, functions, and locations, applicants are required to be geographically flexible and mobile for the GM GLDP and post-program. Rotational assignments and full-time placements are based on business needs and organizational priorities at the time of selection. Onsite and in-office work is an essential function of this role and a requirement of the position.
Strategic Business Impact
The GM GLDP is a three-year program set to occur between July 20, 2027 – July 2030. Participants will complete three, twelve-month rotations that provide strategic direction while gaining proficiency with our diverse functional areas, business units, and regions. Learning opportunities will include: formal development sessions, dedicated Executive Mentorship, utilization of our Practical Process Improvement (PPI) methodology, and a network of outstanding LDP alumni. Our GM GLDP offers a starting salary of $165,000 in addition to the following as part of the total compensation: Annual Incentive Plan, Sign-on Bonus, Equity Grant, and Relocation Assistance.
What We Look For
Academic Background & Work Experience:
MBA student completing their degree between December 2026 – June 2027 with an Undergraduate degree in one of the following: Business, Biology, Bioengineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field of study.
3+ years (5+ preferred) work experience post-Undergraduate degree – ideally gained in large, forward-thinking, global organizations. Experience in Life Sciences or STEM-related industry required.
1+ years experience managing direct reports.
