We are seeking a professional like you to provide production execution and maintenance support at our Palmyra, MO facility.  In this role, you will support Operations, Maintenance, and the business to meet the production plan, and improve execution of maintenance work.  Additionally, you will ensure compliance with air, water, and waste management activities and implement administrative processes to achieve compliance with EHS regulation

As a Production Specialist, You Create Chemistry By...

 

• Your technical aptitude will allow you to screen notifications for quality scope, convert approved notifications to work orders, and define autonomous maintenance work. Your role will include coaching the operations team as needed, including feedback on maintenance preparation. You will provide input to the Gatekeeper on prioritization of work.

• Utilizing your practical experience in plant troubleshooting, you will deliver troubleshooting assistance and knowledge transfer to the Production Execution team as well as technical and leadership support in root cause failure analysis.

• Supporting Asset Management in the scheduling/execution of inspections work (e.g., SIS, PSV, thickness testing, OCI) and outages. Including support of large scale operational projects and risk assessments

• Utilizing your background and experience in operations to remove safety barriers and implement positive change in plant condition and Continuous Improvement activities such as 5S

• Demonstrating your previous leadership experience, you will assist the Gatekeeper, Maintenance Coordinator, Shift Supervisors, and Department Management in the coordination, planning, and execution of shutdown or turnaround work, including maintenance and capital activities

If you...

 

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent GED

• Have technical aptitude

• Practical experience in plant troubleshooting

• Have hands-on experience leading in a chemical and/or petrochemical environment; 8+ years' experience is preferred

• Are proficient in SAP, this will be a plus.
