Job Overview
This role leads a centralized, enterprise-wide Workplace Leaves and Accommodations program to manage leave of absence and disability processes across the organization. It provides leadership, strategy, and daily oversight for leave, disability, and accommodation programs and teams. The role differentiates by integrating disability models and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while managing vendor relationships. Success is measured by program effectiveness, compliance adherence, cost control, and positive employee experience. The work impacts the organization by supporting employee well-being, minimizing risk, and enabling scalable program growth aligned with business objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a centralized, integrated Workplace Leaves and Accommodations program to support enterprise-wide leave and disability management
  • Manage disability, statutory disability, federal and state leaves, accommodations, return-to-work, and stay-at-work programs ensuring compliance and coordination with legal
  • Evaluate program effectiveness continuously and identify improvements to incorporate industry best practices and enhance inclusion
  • Develop partnerships with human resources business partners, legal, benefits, employee relations, and operations to align program delivery
  • Ensure governance and compliance by collaborating with legal teams to interpret and apply relevant legislation and policies
  • Oversee vendor relationships including performance evaluation, workflow analysis, and service level delivery management
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed


Education and Work Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experience
    OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
  • 7-10 years Experience in LOA/ADA/ADAAA management. (Preferred)
  • Experience with SAP or other HRIS system, Demonstrated analytical experience. (Preferred)

Base Pay Range: $114,200 - $206,000

Corporate Bonus Target: 20%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
