Albertus Magnus College seeks a visionary and collaborative faculty leader to serve as the Inaugural Director of the Carol G. Ditkoff ’67 Immersive Learning Collaboratory. Opening at the start of the 2026-27 academic year, this position represents a momentous opportunity to bridge administrative leadership with bold pedagogical innovation. As the first institution in New England to implement Dreamscape Learn (DSL), Albertus Magnus College is positioning itself at the forefront of the haptic immersive learning movement, and the Director will be the primary architect of this transformation.

The successful candidate will ensure the Collaboratory is not just a high-tech facility, but a catalyst for creativity and inclusive excellence.

This is a 12-month administrative faculty position with a rotating three-year appointment. To accommodate the intensive demands of the facility's launch, the teaching load is structured as follows: 0-0 for the inaugural year, 1-2 for the second year, and 2-2 thereafter. Any teaching load exceeding these requirements must be approved by the VPAA prior to scheduling.
