You’ll find yourself in a <strong>dynamic and enriching workplace</strong> or, as we like to name it, a real <strong>tech playground</strong>, where you’ll be able to explore a huge tech stack</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>The IAM dev is participating the dev part of IAM activities. </p><p>This perimeter is dedicated to dev tasks for IAM products and functionalities. </p><p>This main goal of this team is to build an IAM as A Service department with all the new API concepts &amp; methodology. </p><p>Customers and Business Served: </p><p>Final customers are mainly BPCE users &amp; BPCE applications.  </p><p>The goal is to give them the capability to manage easily access rights, authentication, certificates &amp; privileges account through their applications &amp; usages. <br/> <br/> The fullstack dev has to participate in a team of developers to be able to provide the best “IAM as A Service” experience to our BPCE users. </p><p>The dev has to be technically skilled and participate to different projects inside the team. It has to work with all other team members and provide assistance to others. </p><p><strong>Missions:</strong> </p><p>Deliver “IAM as A Service” functionalities for BPCE applications &amp; users. </p><p>Main activities are described below : </p><ul><li><p>Technical skills </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Developing front end website architecture. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Designing user interactions on web pages. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Developing back-end website applications. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Creating servers and databases for functionality. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Ensuring responsiveness of applications. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Working alongside graphic designers for web design features. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Seeing through a project from conception to finished product. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Designing and developing APIs. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Meeting both technical and consumer needs </p></li><li><p>Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages. </p></li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Qualifications and Hard Skills:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Degree in computer science.</p></li><li><p>Strong organizational and project management skills. </p></li><li><p>Proficient in server-side languages Java and Python  </p></li><li><p>Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. </p></li><li><p>Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, MSsql, Oracle, or MongoDB. </p></li><li><p>Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, React, or Amber.  </p></li><li><p>Familiarity with server-side languages such as Ruby, PHP, or .Net. </p></li></ul><p><strong>Soft Skills:</strong><br/>  </p><ul><li>Proficiency in English and Portuguese at a minimum B1 level (mandatory)</li><li>DevOps mindset,</li><li>Ability to keep up with a demanding and fast-paced environment,</li><li>Willingness to learn and evolve,</li><li>Good communication skills,</li><li>Ability to work in a team.</li></ul>
