The Senior Treasury Management Operations Consultant works closely with the Treasury Management Manager as well as the Treasury Services Client Support Supervisor to develop, implement and manage the Treasury Services suite of services. This role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a deep understanding of Treasury Management processes and principles. The analyst will focus on optimizing operations, developing efficient processes, and analyzing data to support decision-making and product ownership.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop and implement efficient processes for treasury operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls and policies.
2. Analyze and interpret data related to treasury operations, providing insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
3. Manage and support the Treasury Services suite of services, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization and its clients.
4. Collaborate with various departments, including IT, Marketing, Treasury Management Sales and Business Development, to ensure seamless system and data integration and operation of treasury services.
5. Provide training and support to Treasury Management Operations and Support with new services and features. and applications.
6. Serve as a liaison for Treasury Services-related activities, ensuring effective communication and coordination across departments.
7. Prepare monthly Treasury Metrics Reports and provide customer and services data analytics.
8. Report writing utilizing Cognos to create reports for quarterly and annual risk reviews related to ACH and RDC.
9. Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
10. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment to drive operational.
11. Evaluation of existing products as well as development of new product offerings.
12. Use data and analytics to identify, prioritize, organize, and solve a variety of complex business problems.
13. Oversee the development of existing Treasury Services services.
14. Successfully interact with various departmental staff to improve performance accuracy and discover efficiency opportunities.
15. Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications as it relates to change.
16. Coordinate with marketing, operations, production, and support units to ensure timely and efficient delivery of Treasury Services services and training.
17. Participate in trade shows, expos, and other related forums to stay up to date on product offerings and enhancements.
18. Participate in joint calls with the Treasury Services where technical expertise is needed.
19. Troubleshoot customer technical issue(s) and engage vendor(s) if needed for a resolution.
20. Coordinate and aid in the resolution of processes and service issues.
21. Compliance with any and all BSA/AML/CFT and Sanctions requirements set forth by Bank Policy and Procedure, including but not limited to timely completion of assigned training.

The position performs duties specific to the position and other functions as assigned by management.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
This position is not responsible for the supervision of staff.
ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
The incumbent is in a non-confined office setting in which they are free to move about at will. In the course of performing the duties and responsibilities of this position spends time writing, speaking, listening, lifting (up to 25 pounds), sitting, typing on a computer keyboard, and standing, kneeling and reaching.
The incumbent for this position may operate any or all of the following: telephone, copy and fax machine, adding machine, computer and related printers.
