• Compile comprehensive lists of 30-60 potential investment properties daily, focusing on single-tenant retail assets
  
• Conduct in-depth research to identify property owners, leveraging local county records and specialized databases
  
• Perform accurate data entry, ensuring all property information is up-to-date and properly categorized
  
• Navigate and extract valuable data from leading real estate platforms like LoopNet.com and CoStar.com
  
• Maintain meticulous records of researched properties and ownership information
  
• Collaborate with the investment team to prioritize high-potential opportunities
  
• Provide daily progress updates and contribute to team strategy sessions
  

• Sharp attention to detail and a passion for uncovering valuable information
  
• Proficiency in navigating real estate listing websites and online research tools
  
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple research projects simultaneously
  
• Basic understanding of commercial real estate terms and investment criteria
