Job purpose

We are looking for an enthusiastic, results-driven individual to join our growing PHINIA team as an Sr. Account Manager at our Aftermarket Remanufacturing plant in Troy, MI! This position will support us in customer interface for our OES business, representing the company to the highest standards, building sustainable and intimate customer relationships to support the goals and objectives of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for primary point of contact for assigned OES customers
  • Define and achieve annual sales budget (revenue and margin)
  • Generate monthly customer sales performance reporting and provide short/long-term customer forecast details to cross functional team
  • Develop new business opportunities, the associated strategies, and tactics to achieve annual business growth objectives
  • Manage customer pricing to include response to RFQs, and execute annual Past Model Price Increases
  • Effectively manage product lifecycle to create a seamless end of OE production and OES service life continuity

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 8+ years of experience with business development, sales, or account management
  • Experience in Tier 1 automotive and/or commercial vehicle market, and being a skilled negotiator
  • Experience managing large account portfolios
  • Strong customer service and project management skills
