HR Compensation Intern

Compensation Intern 

We are looking for a Compensation Intern to support Rewards and HR teams in preparing for EU Pay Transparency requirements and related compensation initiatives. The role combines data analytics, project coordination, and documentation management, with strong exposure to compensation, pay equity, and regulatory-driven change.

The main project will be building and maintaining a SharePoint workspace to support EU documentation and readiness, while coordinating materials, translations, trainings, and stakeholder inputs across multiple countries.

Key activities include:

• Supporting pay equity and compensation data collection and analysis.

• Preparing and organizing EU Pay Transparency documentation and materials.

• Building and managing a SharePoint site for project readiness and document control.

• Coordinating translations, trial trainings, schedules, and meetings.

• Supporting change management and cross-functional coordination with HR, Rewards, Legal, and local teams.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is tech-savvy, analytical, and detail-oriented.

• Has strong Excel skills and is comfortable working with data.

• Learns quickly and enjoys working in structured, compliance-driven projects.

• Has a genuine interest in Compensation, Rewards, and HR analytics.

• Has strong integrity and can handle confidential data.

• Is eager to learn and develop toward a future career in HR or Rewards.
