ORGANIZATIONAL BACKGROUND

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Redlands-Riverside has been proudly serving children and families since 1967. We are one of the premier non-profits in the Inland Empire and looking for an incredible Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician to join our dynamic team. We are a highly driven and mission-focused organization in need of an energetic, people-focused, organized, and committed professional to fill the critical role of Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician. The Club’s impact extends throughout several sites across the Inland Empire, Redlands, and areas of the High Desert.

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

Reporting to the Director of Community Impact, the Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician will play a central role in supporting the emotional and mental well-being of Club members and their families. This position provides individual, family, and group therapeutic services, offers guidance and training to Club staff, and collaborates closely with caregivers to ensure holistic support for youth.

As a vital member of our trauma-informed, youth-centered team, the Clinician will support the implementation and growth of the Club’s Behavioral Health program, helping to create an environment that is safe, inclusive, and empowering. This role is an extraordinary opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of children, adolescents, and families while contributing to the impact of one of the fastest-growing Boys & Girls Clubs in the nation.

KEY ROLES (Essential Job Responsibilities):

  • Provide short-term, solution-focused behavioral health support to youth experiencing emotional, behavioral, or social challenges.

  • Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions as appropriate, in alignment with scope of licensure and program needs.

  • Conducts interviews, assessments and observations of behaviors and identifies the social, emotional, and/or behavioral needs of youth; develops therapy goals and objectives for implementation through individual therapy plans.

  • Facilitate evidence-based and age-appropriate group sessions focused on topics such as emotional regulation, resilience, social-emotional learning (SEL), and positive coping strategies.
