This role ensures alignment with strategic goals, driving excellence in product and non-product project execution through AI-first strategies. The position also involves governance, compliance, and risk management across all project phases, ensuring the seamless integration of both product development and broader business initiatives.</p><p><strong>Strategy</strong><br/> - <strong>Project Strategy: </strong>Develop and implement an AI-driven project management strategy that enhances execution across product development and non-product projects, aligning with business objectives.<br/> - <strong>Cross-Functional Leadership: </strong>Lead and collaborate across departments, product, engineering, marketing, operations and non-product functions to ensure unified and efficient project execution.<br/> - <strong>Product and Non-Product Portfolio Management: </strong>Manage and prioritize both product-related (e.g., EMS and consumer electronics) and non-product-related project portfolios, leveraging AI tools for optimal resource allocation, innovation, and business impact.<br/> - <strong>Process Innovation: </strong>Drive continuous improvements in project management processes, adopting AI-first approaches to increase efficiency, quality, and time-to-market in product development and other business projects.<br/> - <strong>Stakeholder Engagement: </strong>Engage and align with stakeholders, including senior leadership, external partners, and clients, ensuring effective communication and collaboration through AI insights and tools to achieve successful outcomes for all project types.</p><p><strong>Operations</strong><br/> - <strong>Establish and Manage Milestones:</strong> Define and oversee daily, weekly, and monthly project milestones for both product and non-product initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and AI-driven insights<br/> - <strong>Monitor Metrics and KPIs: </strong>Develop, track, and optimize key performance indicators to measure project success across all phases, leveraging AI tools for real-time monitoring and reporting.<br/> - <strong>Optimize Resource Allocation: </strong>Use AI-driven analytics to allocate resources effectively across product development and non-product projects, maximizing efficiency and impact.<br/> - <strong>Enhance Operational Processes: </strong>Implement and refine AI-first operational workflows, driving efficiency, consistency, and scalability in project execution across diverse functions.<br/> - <strong>Streamline Reporting: </strong>Ensure transparent, timely, and accurate reporting of operational progress and outcomes to stakeholders, utilizing AI-based dashboards and tools.</p><p><strong>Compliance</strong><br/> - <strong>Regulatory and Industry Compliance: </strong>Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and EMS/consumer electronics standards across both product and non-product projects, using AI to streamline monitoring and adherence.<br/> - <strong>Project Governance: </strong>Implement AI-powered governance frameworks to maintain control over project scope, timelines, and budgets, ensuring deviations are managed and approved.<br/> - <strong>Risk Management</strong>: Leverage AI to identify and mitigate risks in both product development (EMS and consumer electronics) and non-product projects, ensuring contingency plans are established.<br/> - <strong>Financial Compliance: </strong>Use AI-based tools to ensure financial compliance, managing budgets across product and non-product projects in line with corporate guidelines and EMS requirements.<br/> - <strong>Quality Assurance: </strong>Maintain high standards of quality in the execution of both product and non-product projects, using AI-enhanced quality control processes to ensure consistency and stakeholder satisfaction.<br/>  </p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>- <strong>Product &amp; Project Leadership: </strong>Extensive experience in leading global project portfolios, with proven expertise in EMS, consumer electronics product development, and non-product initiatives using AI-driven strategies.<br/> - <strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration: </strong>Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across product, marketing, sales, engineering, and operations for both product and non-product projects.<br/> - <strong>Process Innovation
