Job Description

We are seeking an Associate who is specifically interested in participating in projects for large corporations seeking to improve their treasury operations through enhanced technology and improved processes.

Key responsibilities include the following:

• General corporate advisory (e.g., operations best practices, payment and bank optimization)
• Develop expertise in one or more specific treasury management systems
• Participate in system implementation design meetings
• Participate in bank, system selection and implementation activities, including process review findings, conclusions and recommendations, business requirement development, RFP development.
• Support operations of bank and merchant card fee analytical tool

Other Responsibilities:

• Participate in team consulting projects for large corporate treasury departments and leading global financial institutions, including:
  • Data gathering, using interview and on-site observation skills
  • Quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Development of cogent findings, conclusions and recommendations
  • Creation and delivery of client reports and presentations

• Learn consulting, project management and presentation methodologies
• Develop an understanding of domestic and international treasury operations
• Develop essential market and product knowledge

Qualifications

Required skills and expertise include the following:

• Career interest in one or more of the following areas:

–   Global Treasury                           –   Payment, treasury and liquidity services

–   Financial Risk Management       –   Treasury Operations

• Treasury Management Systems     -    Merchant Card Processing
• Strong analytic, critical thinking and intellectual curiosity
• Collaborative work style and team-oriented
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Personal initiative and ability to multitask and prioritize
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to travel (10-15%)
• Bachelor’s degree

This is a hybrid position, with the ideal candidate located near one of our regional hubs ( Chicago and New York City) and able to travel to an office as needed for working sessions or team meetings.

Base Salary Range: $81,000 - $90,000 / bonus potential
