We know how to support clinicians because 100% of our clinical leadership team started at Woven Care as therapists!</p> <h3>What Your Day Looks Like</h3> <p>Day to day, you can expect 30-minute one-to-one sessions that foster strong client and caregiver relationships, two evaluations per week, and built-in documentation time so your evenings and weekends are yours to recharge.</p> <h3>What We're Offering</h3> <p><strong>Compensation options</strong></p> <p>Salary ($90,000–$122,000) or pay-per-billed-hour ($35–$43.20/visit, $120/eval, $35–$36/meeting hour). We'll walk through the models and let you choose. Performance incentives up to $9,000 annually, plus a 2% bilingual increase.</p> <p><strong>Schedule flexibility and time off</strong></p> <p>Four- or five-day work weeks, flex days, and customizable schedules!
