About the role

Description

The Sr Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for the management and optimization of marketing technology platforms, including CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms. Leverage data analytics to enhance digital marketing efforts, capture and report ROI and KPI's, and drive member engagement and growth. Compile and interpret data, enabling informed decision-making based on comprehensive insights into consumer behavior, market trends, and marketing campaign performance. Recommend enhancements to existing products and services, and monitors/tracks product portfolios.


Salary:

The salary range for this position is $69,333.89 to $86,667.36. New hires typically brought into the organization at a rate between the range minimum and the range maximum, depending on the qualifications, internal equity and the budgeted amount for the role.


Work Location (Santa Fe, NM/Hybrid):

Work is primarily performed in an office setting with occasional travel to other office. Hybrid work is possible with approval from supervisor and will be subject to change based on the needs of the organization or department.  


Requirements

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Tracking and Monitoring – Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and communicate results to stakeholders, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation on to optimize marketing campaigns and tactics to track user experience and conversion rates. 
  • Manage marketing data and databases, ensuring data integrity, privacy compliance, and alignment with regulations. 
  • Conduct data analysis to generate insights into marketing performance, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness, using tools such as Google Analytics, and SQL databases. 
  • Establish a clear, measurable set of key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing activities and propose a plan to regularly review and report these metrics to the CFO to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Market Research- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop data-driven strategies that align with credit union goals. Identify audience segmentation, targeting, and personalization, to enhance customer engagement and drive conversion. 
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices in marketing technology and analytics, providing recommendations for innovation and improvement to enhance marketing effectiveness and efficiency. 
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends and use this data to make a compelling case for the necessity of a larger marketing budget.
  • Digital Media Planning – Develop and execute content creation and administer advertising, oversee sale promotions by working directly with the Marketing team members, graphic designers, and print vendors. 
  • Communicate, guide, and administer advertising channels with content. Distribution and budgeting.
  • Assist in the development of SEO, PPC, and content marketing strategies tailored to the credit union audience.
  • Product and Services Development – Possess knowledge of the Credit Union’s existing products and services. Supporting key stakeholder (business line owner) teams by pricing direction, new product launch strategies and product positioning. 
  • Support the implementation and integration of new marketing technology solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and requirements. 
  • Provide support and training to marketing team on the use of marketing technology platforms and tools, including best practices, troubleshooting, and optimization techniques.
  • All other duties as assigned.


Experience:

Five years to eight years of similar or related experience.


Education: 

(1) A bachelor's degree, or (2) achievement of formal certifications recognized in the

industry as equivalent to a bachelor's degree (e.g., information technology certifications in

lieu of a degree).


Interpersonal Skills: 

Work involves extensive personal contact with others and is of a personal or sensitive

nature. Motivating, influencing, and/or training others is key at this level. Outside contacts

become important and fostering sound relationships with other entities (companies and/or

individuals) becomes necessary and often requires the ability to influence and/or sell ideas

or services to others.
