** On-call duties include coverage at both the Sauk Rapids and Becker Campuses. **

 

On-Call Home Health Aide (HHA) Schedule



On-call hours include Monday through Thursday 4:30 PM – 6:30 AM every 3rd week



 

On-Call Home Health Aide (HHA) Responsibilities



Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing


Provide companionship and engage residents in meaningful leisure and recreational activities


Assist residents with ambulation, transfers, and exercise


Assist with medication administration under the direction and supervision of the RN


Accurately document medication administration in the Electronic Medication Administration Record (EMAR)


Report any changes in resident condition to the RN promptly


Perform light housekeeping tasks



 

On-Call Home Health Aide (HHA) Benefits



A daily stipend of $10 is provided when covering one campus and $20 when covering both campuses


Shift Differential: Additional $1.00/HR Evening and $1.25/HR Overnight

QualificationsOn-Call Home Health Aide (HHA) Qualifications



At least 6 months of caregiving experience preferred


Must be Active on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry - OR - provide certificate of completion from an approved 75-hour Nursing Assistant course


Must be at least 18 years of age
