As an HR Operations Analyst Associate, you’ll be right at the heart of that goal, directly engaging with recruiters, business leaders, colleagues, and candidates from a diverse array of backgrounds.
The opportunity
The Operations Analyst Associate works within a workstream of the Talent Enablement Center (TEC) to evaluate processes, establish and document procedures, and implement training to enhance overall quality and efficiency. The role manages the workstream requests to determine appropriate distribution of department transactions and triage special requests.
Your key responsibilities include
- Provide level 2 support (research support team) to the Talent Contact Center on complex talent inquires and liaise with appropriate Talent leaders as needed
- Analyse Talent Contact Center data/trends to identify areas of improvement for employee’s online self-serve documentation and to refine internal knowledge materials for the Contact Center agents:
- Provide employees direct online resources to find answers or self-serve, reducing the Contact Center’s volumes and improving the employee’s experience
- Improve online resources
- Enhance internal processes and documentation
- Work with Talent to:
- Prepare the Talent Contact Center to answer a higher level of generalist questions, reducing the number of inquiries to Talent
- Enable the shift of generalist questions to the Talent Contact Center where appropriate
- Support Talent’s transformation efforts
- Develop dependable knowledge content (for employee self-serve options and internal knowledge articles)
- Support special projects as needed
- Identify the need for departmental training and knowledge materials
- Create/update training and knowledge material
- Provide training as needed
- Organize and maintain existing knowledge content, including ongoing validation efforts (i.e., knowledge content for HR Chatbot, online employee self-service materials, policies, SharePoint, internal knowledge articles, etc.)
- Review the work of knowledge material contributors for consistent and accurate delivery
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships within the TEC and with key operational contacts; support an environment that promotes effective teamwork and collaboration
- In the absence of the Supervisor, may function on behalf of the Supervisor
Skills and attributes for success
- Have a good understanding of:
- Core HR, i.e., life cycle of an employee (how an employee’s data moves through the stages of hire, active employee, termination, to alumni), job data transactions, separation process, HR compliance activities (employment verification, records management, etc.), etc.
- the firm’s business, organizational structure and human resources operations and how this relates to their department and the overall TEC operation
- Ability to independently identify and utilize research resources, understand and interpret content, ask relevant questions when required, and precisely deliver findings in a clear, succinct manner to relevant parties
- Organize thoughts and materials to facilitate efficient meetings that fulfill the expectations of stakeholders
