Our Opportunity

The Customer Solutions Operations team is responsible for accelerating time-to-value and customer-specific business outcomes with a world class customer experience, leveraging the full capabilities of the Snyk platform and team. This operations team supports the global Customer Solutions team, including the solutions engineering, technical support, implementation, and professional services organizations. 

As a Customer Solutions Operations Co-op, you’ll support the team and success of our customers through weekly product forecasting, building out new reporting, and contributing to top customer initiatives. 

You’ll Spend Your Time:

• Tracking, analyzing, reporting on customer KPIs and assess need to adjust plans depending on current business trends
• Coordinating top customer initiatives across our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams working very closely with the product, sales, solutions engineering, and executive teams
• Supporting the weekly product forecast call and conducting follow-ups with stakeholders
• Assisting with reporting, triage, and user access for Aha! (Aha! is a product management and roadmapping tool that helps teams prioritize, plan, and track their product development and innovation initiatives.)

What You’ll Need:

• Current enrollment at Northeastern University with a target graduation date in 2025 or 2026 
• Current and future work authorization in the United States
• Have sharp analytical skills and an “insight-ready” mindset: you don’t just report the data, you generate insights & provide business recommendations
• Are a self-starter with ability to work independently
• Proficient in or have a desire to learn MS Excel, Google Sheets, or other data visualization tools such as Looker
• Experience or desire to learn the creation of efficient and visually appealing presentations through Powerpoint or Google Slides
